End of Life Care (In-home)

Dr. Evans is able to provide a peaceful and compassionate passing for your pet in your own home. We know how stressful a car ride and visit to the vet office can be, so we are happy to be able to provide these services for clients and their pets.

We serve clients within ~60 miles of our Chapmanville location including, but not limited to, Charleston, Huntington, Barboursville, Fort Gay, Oceana, etc. Dr. Evans is also licensed in Kentucky.

We try to make every pet as comfortable as possible, as well as their owners. We know it’s an incredibly difficult time for everyone, so we work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. We can help arrange for both private and group cremation services.
